LW – Does introductions
DS: The town is working with the ACoE on the 111 study.
1, SANDWICHfest
LW- Asks for volunteers and fills the day’s schedule.
2, Local Comprehensive Plan
A LCP has to go through the selectmen for funding.
BB – If the process begins TSB members should testify before the Planning Board about the absence of a beach/dune restoration plan.
BBu  - A coastal resource manager would cost the town a lot. In Chatham a $60,000 in salary is actually about $80,000 counting benefits. If such a person were tasked with applying of grants, it might become revenue neutral. Or, perhaps the job description should be added to that of the new Natural Resource Director.
3, White Cap Path – A discussion of the White Cap Path right of way dispute followed.
4, Membership BDeR suggests that there be two tiers of membership. Full membership which is attained by joining for a fee and associate membership which would be free. Associate members would not have a vote. But all would have a voice.
5, Next Meeting: Motion  to have our next TSB meeting in August, skipping July.  Passed.
Motion to adjourn: 8:12 Passed
